This will also help those below poverty line and empower the weaker section in order to access various services.
In order to enroll for Aadhar one need to apply at authorized center. This requires identity proof and address proof. Pan card photo identity and electric bill are eligible as identity and address proof. The UIDAI websites lists a number of documents eligible for enrollment process. The enrollment form can be downloaded from the Internet as well.
