1. When you get MP3/MP4, what will you do? You will turn it on to try. But when it can not turn on, what will you do? Charge it for long time enough. User should charge the player for 8 hours before its first use. At least charge the player for 4 hours each time.

If it still can not turn on, then what will you do? Check if the connection cable is connected firmly. Try to charge with another PC cable or charger if possible.

If it still can not work, you may have to return it to the vendor to fix.

2. When you have turned on your MP3/MP4, but the player automatically turns itself off. What will you do? Firstly please check if check battery level, re-charge the player when necessary. If there is enough power, please go to "system settings" -> "power off" -> set both "off-time" and "sleep time" to 0.

3. When you have MP3/MP4, you may eager to play music with it. When you connect to your computer, it shows that your device can not be detected, what will you do? Most of us will try to connect it again and again. But it seems that it doesn't work. Then why not try to connect with another computer, maybe your USB plug is broken. But if your computer USB plug has nothing wrong, please check if you have turned on the player first before plugging connecting it to your PC. After that it still can not be detected, please change another connecting cable to try.

If all is done, and it seems no feedback from your PC, there may be something wrong with the MP3/MP4, you should return it to the vendor to fix.

4. If your MP3/MP4 has a problem about Capacity less than stated, what will you do? You may blame the vendor to sell you a bad player. Actually, as MP3 player OS does occupies around 5% of the player memory, so normally, you will found the player disk size only 95% as stated. If you found the capacity /memory is far too below the stated amount, the flash memory is probably disordered. You might fix it simply by formatting it into FAT32 format.

5. When playing the music, you found each song was played only for around 10 seconds, then go to the next song, please don't worry, you can set it back. You go to music mode, and then press "Play", press "Menu" while playing, choose "Repeat" and then press "Menu", choose "Normal" and then press "Menu". You will found that the player can now play each song completely.
