Setting up the Deluxe Super Sealer is extremely easy. A cradle, which consists of 2 rollers set on bearings, hold a roll of centerfold film. This cradle can be pulled out or pushed forward to accommodate different sizes of products. The roll of film is called centerfold film because the film is folded in half before it is rolled around the cardboard core. Because it is folded in half, the film naturally creates a pocket for boxes, CDs, DVDs, soap, boxes, pizza and other material.
Once the film is on the rollers, it can be fed through a film separator. The separator helps keep the centerfold film open and easy to use. Simply slide your box or product into the pocket. Once the box is positioned, the I-bar sealer can be brought down, cutting the film. Once a single cut has been made, the box can be rotated 90 degrees and the other open side can be sealed.
