Fashion is for everybody. It doesn't matter what size you are or how tall you are, there's always something to wear that will enhance your attributes. For years I have always wondered why some big and beautiful women settled for clothes with no personality. Yes, that's right, I said it! I am tired of seeing them wearing sportswear clothes, elastic waistband pants, tennis shoes, and sport sandals. UGH!!! Ladies wake UP! Dress for your size! Don't spend your whole life wearing awful clothes that don't do anything for you! Most women spend so much time on trying to lose weight and putting their life on hold until they reach their goal weight not realizing that the issue is not about the size or the exterior. It is all about self-esteem. Don't wait for what you think may be the right moment to change your look, take care of yourself for who you are today and tomorrow. Small or large, short or tall, bring your inner beauty OUT!
The Fashion Industryunfortunately is a huge factor in this issue because it is influenced by the media. There are many good fashion designers out there, but there are also quite a few that don't use their talents to enhance beauty but to hide it. Their drive is cost and production. This really applies to plus size clothing. It is almost impossible to find trendy styles in plus sizes. Most of the clothes seem to be very conservative and boring and if the style is not an issue then the quality is. I get frustrated when I see so many beautiful styles for skinny people but not for big people. There's no excuse for it, NONE!
