The practice mix of politics with the religion for political power was desisted in Europe, England and in United States, very long back of 500-600 years in the history. Now in these days since the date of demolition to calculate their mental ability to follow the way for the best of Indian state with a loss of one limb to their handy capped body religious ideology on the name of nationalism to the present date. In coming elections, this verdict would be tagged to the list of their (failures) successful claims in their reign of terror in all most all the years. If they are really the intelligent enemies of Indian Muslims, then every Muslim would adjust with their ideology and practice of good in resuming the raja dharma towards Indian Muslims along with the other Indian citizen. Even then too they never agree. If all the Indian Muslims asks them to accept the Muslims into their religion of Hinduism, even then too they never accept as to convert into their fold on the condition to provide the, food, shelter, health, education, peace and security, to all Indian Muslims along with the other citizens in India. Even they would never be able to assure the Indians for communal free India. If they assure the Indian Muslims for not playing the communal and religious card in elections, for just for 10 years, the Indian Muslims would definitely think about their promises to achieve the peace and harmony in the Indian society. I am sure even then too that they would never be able to stick to any of their promises they makes to the people during and after elections. In essence, these Hindu fundamentalists backed parliamentary political party should be cancelled from the recognisation as a political party by the election commission of India. If it found difficult in banning the BJP, the VHP and RSS must be banned in the interest of the peace and progress of the nations. The senior bjp leader has stated on the verdict that those will go to the Supreme Court; they would be anti-national. It is correct way finding the weakness of the verdict what he thought about the validity of the verdict, if challenged in the Supreme Court, the result is expected as he sees its failure there in future. The Liberhan commission, which had inquired the facts and occurrences under its terms of reference in leading and involving the political parties and its leaders in demolition of the babri masjid, submitted its report to the government of India, and no action has been initiated against the list of criminals who have been found guilty for the act of demolition of the disputed site, babri-masjid. So the Indian Muslims like the other people in the sense of religion have three kinds of people. Of them one kind is belonged to the extreme category which claim of the Islamic way of solution to the problem of present verdict, by constructing the same babri masjid in the same place as it was once constructed and continued to exist as masjid till the date of fraudulent installation of lord (sri) ram's idols inside the doom in 1949. The second category of the Muslim people is to compromise with each other for the welfare of peace of harmony in Indian society and they see the development of the state, Muslim community and themselves also in one and in same spirit like others in Indian society. In other words they could be called moderate Muslim category. The third is the complete poor and downtrodden class of Muslim community which always engaged in daily earning sources only. They do not have capacity of bearing the next day without work. These people have little knowledge, interest and reach to the subjects of Islamic issues and depended upon the teaching of the imams in masjids through Friday sermons in India particularly. On verdict of the high court, the majority of the Muslim people who are looked satisfied mostly and can say the majority of the Muslims saw this judgment day passed without any incidents against the Muslims in any part of India. The mind in analyzing the nature of the verdict is seen more satisfying over the peace and security arrangements than the content of the verdict. It means here the Muslims are in sense that they are being protected from the undesirable incidents against them, by three ways. The direct way of supervising, the security arrangements, by the home minister, sri. P Chidambaram, has definitely made many people to feel this kind precautionary measures if were taken by the then home minister of the .p.v narsimharao government, the structure of babri masjid could not be brought down by the parliamentary political criminal mobs on December 6, 1992. Do they really give up the anti-Muslim agenda for their political power and killing of the Muslims through the political power and massive violence against the competitive Muslim business areas in many parts of India? Do these forces give up their claim over the thousands of Muslim assets in India? How the Muslim community does accept this verdict in future is a question at present in the minds of many Muslims in India, while filing a petition in the Supreme Court for the protection of future generations of the Indian Muslims. The Muslim community as divided into three categories in which majority of the people accepted the verdict as a matter of peace and security of the Muslim community only. And the method of the judgment, the three member's bench delivered is very tactical and logical in attaining the conclusions of the each point on the issues. The real Hindus, like the real Muslims do not like to kill the Muslims in any way. The bomb blasts as all aware about those who commit it have the extreme views against opposite religion. So in last few incidents the CBI arrested the extremists from Hindu religion. If the date, of the construction and tenets of the Islam in constructing model of the masjids, dargahs, grave yards, prayer grounds and shrines in India, would become admissible as evidence in proving the title to the properties in India, it is very easy to make the red fort, ajmer (dargah), and Hazrath Nizamuddin as disputed by filing any case by anybody in coming days. No wonder, in restricting and allowing these kinds of petitions on title in these courts. The fixation of the time limit for allowing and rejecting the petitions for the title suit over the site of the babri masjid, is not followed the same way of admission of the case. When the act of installation of idols inside the masjid is accepted, then it is become unavoidable to remove the same idols from there because the conviction of the act is found guilty in the verdict. If the claim of the Sunni central board, is dismissed on limitation of the time, how does, the model of construction of the masjid, come into consideration for the verdict in splitting the site into three parts. The allocation of the land into three parts, if it is in justification, according to the verdict, the evidence and supporting documents are apparently not enough to give such strength to make the verdict valid. The verdict is not a matter, of just site of masjid, but it is a matter of serious concern that the way of verdict was based. It is only to give the new way to the Hindu fundamentalist parliamentarian political parties to follow the massive way of violence as well as keeping the threat in the hearts and minds of the average Muslim people India, to continue to the fifth and last level of Hindu religious fold in India, in addition to the four fold chatur varn system as a social system of state's political administration in India. It is also very easy to criticize the working people and the bodies in this legal battle, but all those who are now responding on the verdict did not even know about the date of declaration of the verdict, in last month. The bodies, and political parties such as all India Muslim personal board, Sunni central board, imam of jama masjid, New Delhi, asaduddin Ovaisy, of MIM, Hyderabad, Popular Front of south India, and other eminent jurists, I hope, they would take appropriate steps in finding the most eminent advocates of proven records of success in the national level cases, to engage on hourly paid basis to file and plead the case in the supreme court after consultations with each others in filing the petition. It means it is not my opinion to belittle the efforts and their contributions in filing and arguing the case in the high court. But the Muslims, I can say about, the strength they use more against each other than the elements and the opponents of the Muslims. I am sure, if one Muslim contributes rs.5/ to the Muslim personal law board which would get 75 crores. It is not a big task for Indian Muslims collectively if decided to commit (as a work of Qaum) to contribute in the task of filing and winning the case in Supreme Court in future against the (conspired) verdict in which justice khan has made member to give a color of democracy as a paint to the middle aged jungle law of rule of law. It is another thing, to think the religion which is no way concerned with the social system of productive and non-productive forces in the society, based on classes. and the classification of the people on the classes basis is not enough because they have the mind and heart these determines the changes of the social conditions and the conditions of the society in the real terms of the Marxist philosophy. The faith in religion is personal, when it comes out into streets as a crowd puller on the specific task of getting the power to those who drives the people are definitely belonged to the capitalist and feudal as well as the proletariat sections of the Indian society and they never cease to exists one form only but ever changeable from one to another every time. If any interpretation of the Marxism, as flexible one for accommodating the Muslim masses into it according to the Indian society, is available as option for the Muslims to adopt and support the communist parties, the Indian Muslims never feel alone at the hands of the right wing extremist elements of the Hindu society which has the history and practice to coexist with each other like brothers and sisters of India. Heroes and heroism never come from the might against the weak, but it comes from the true spirit of justice of the few against the might of the majority. Ayub Mohammed
