If you are wanting to complete the sale then sellers are going to have to lower their asking price to spark the interest of buyers. Which this means that most sellers are not going to get what they are asking, in fact many sellers may be hard pressed to get what they believe their house is valued.

However, even with this being said, more people are buying at this time. This is because people are getting excellent rates on home loans. So there are people out there looking to buy, but you have to price your house to sell if you want to intrigue their interest. But, keep in mind that the summer months are the most competitive time to sell your homes. This is because the summer is when people are making home improvements and making the move to another home because the weather is so easy to work with. If you wait and put your house on the market during the fall or winter months, you may find that your asking price is average.

Selling your home in the Beverly Hills Flats area means that you are selling your home in a desirable area. However that does not necessarily mean an easy sale. Realize that you may have to make sacrifices to make the sale, however, that is realistic.
