Proper diet should be the starting point for losing weight and having a healthy body. To get a flat stomach, first you have to walk away from promises that abound on the Internet.

They promise results overnight at an affordable price. Most of them are lies and just a simple marketing strategy. To lose belly fat and have a flat stomach, you have to work. Starting from a proper diet to daily exercise.

The biggest problem we face today is that eating fat is found everywhere: fast food. These foods are very consistent.

For a proper diet, we should eat fruit and vegetables that offer fewer calories than are needed to born.

The body has to eliminate more calories than it gets from food.

You have to regularly eat three times a day so the body will not be forced to make a deposit.

Between the three meals, you can eat one small snack.

Starvation is not a solution to have a flat stomach and a healthy body. This will help you to lose weight for a short period but the repercussions will be felt over the time.

Once you've established a proper diet, daily exercise should not miss. Exercise helps you tone your muscles and body shape plates.

Besides toning exercises, you also need cardio exercise: walking, swimming, jogging. Although they seem ridiculous, these exercises really help the body.

For a healthy body and a flat stomach, you have to give up some things:

- sitting at your computer all day

- using the car everywhere

- fat food

- unhealthy food (chemicals, excess meat).

Before starting any diet and/or exercise, constul your physician.
