While towards the mid-altitude in the Andes, the cities of Medellin and Pereira are famed for an everlasting spring. In Andes, there is very nice mountainous scenery and amazing landscapes. The altitude of some peaks means that snow can be seen even though they lie in the tropics. It is indeed a great holiday for sightseeing and picturing the fantastic Colombian scenic locations.
The capital city, Bogota has typical and tropical climate. Yet, a trip to Bogota may not revolve around sightseeing. Bogota is the activity house' of Colombia.
