subject: The wonderful world of crunchless abs [print this page]

For me there is nothing better than crunchless abs, but the one thing about it is that it is tougher than you think. The reason crunchless abs are tougher than doing crunches is because you have to do something to get abs and if crunches and getting down on the floor is out of the question then what do you do?

Simple, all you need to do is flex your stomach for about 2 minutes straight 5 times per day and then do some kind of cardio at least 5 times per week for about 45 minutes each day. This is really all you need and for me it was easier to swim or ride a bike for 45 minutes than it was to do 30 minutes of a abs workout. One thing that most people don't know is that you don't have to do abdominal exercises to get great looking abs, but you do need cardio because that is one of the only ways you can get rid of that layer of fat covering your great looking abs.

One of the things I want you to take away from this article is how important it is to add cardio into your workout routine no matter what it is you are doing. No matter what kind of exercise routine you have it is essential to add cardio and you will soon realize why if you stick to it for more than a week. Cardio workouts make any exercise program more successful and not last as long.
