FIR infrared saunas tend to have more popular features. One of the problems with the more traditional type is if you open the door, the heat dissipates immediately, but not with this type. Also, it uses less energy and is more hygienic. As a matter of fact they are so appealing that manufacturers are now making them portable. The best part is that these saunas can be folded up and put away when finished instead of taking up valuable space. Saunas can also be healthy. A sauna helps you release toxins through your pours as you perspire. It can help your joints feel noticeably more soothed, and relaxed. Joint inflammation, brought on by arthritis can be eased with diligent use. Owners are in for a much healthier, longer life as a result. Something else to consider -- Infrared FIR saunas feel different than steam saunas because they heat you up, not the air around you.
