This medication may induce pain of chest, weak feeling, problem while breathing, inaudible speech, changes of color of skin, vomit or blood coughing, irregular urination or change of color of urine, disturbing sensation of stomach that cause to vomit, change of appetite and formation of patches or sore in the throat. Beside this, Clobetasol may also induce allergic reactions like hives, breathlessness, swelling on face, lips, tongue, and throat. It may make the mouth go dry, induce drowsiness and light headedness. Patient may feel weak, irritable and experience muscle pain. As it makes the skin more sensitive, the patient easily gets bruised, blisters and peeling of skin rash.
What precautions do I need to follow while using Clobetasol?
Pregnant women should not use Clobetasol Propionate cream without the doctor's recommendation as it might cause harm to the unborn baby. Lactating mothers should consult their doctor before taking Clobetasol medication as it might pass into the breast milk and cause harm to the nursed child though no such incidence has been reported yet. Patient having a problem of diabetes should consult the doctor as this medication gets absorbed into the body through the skin and may increase the level of the glucose.
