Boston is a bustling coastal city located on the East Coast in the United States. Bostonians love their technology as much as they love their sports. Home of sport giants such as the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox, they are staples in two of the United States' most popular sports. The citizens of this metropolitan location want the best with regard to the latest in fashion, cars, and of course technology. Mobile broadband is blowing up in the city, as everyone desires to join the fastest growing network in the country.

The 4G network has changed the way people use the internet. When internet first was introduced to the homes across the United States, majority of people used dial-up service. This meant that internet was connected through the telephone line, and they had to call' every time they wished to receive internet service. Soon that changed and people were able to receive DSL and cable service. This service was faster and more reliable. Customers in Boston were pleased to not have to hear that dreaded dial tone, or worse, a busy signal. They were able to connect faster, easier, and more frequently.

Although cable and DSL service was faster than its predecessor, it was still restricting. Users were still required to use the internet in a stationary location. They could only get online at their home computers, in the office, or at public locations that had stationary companies. People began to desire internet service not hooked up to numerous different wires and connections. It only makes sense that the next revolution in internet connection was wireless internet.

Wi-Fi gave people in Boston the freedom to use their laptop all around the house and in any place with wireless connection. This changed the way people bought computers in addition to using them. Laptops became the standard among home and office computers. While in the past laptops were unstable and untrustworthy, computer companies improved their technology five-fold. Now laptops are the favored choice among businessmen, college students, and home owners in Boston.

Wireless internet allowed users to transition their laptop from a stationary to computer to a mobile one. College students were able to connect to the internet in their lecture halls, business men could use their computers in conference rooms, and anyone could access wireless in places like public libraries, airports, and cafes. People began using the internet more frequently, as it became easier to do.

The next form of internet use combines its services with that of telecommunication. Mobile broadband allows people to get online while using their cellular phone. It has essentially turned Wi-Fi into Mi-Fi. While wireless service is still constricted to the range of the wireless router, mobile connection allows you to get internet from almost anywhere. Mi-Fi means you dictate where and when you want to get online. It gives the people in Boston the power of wireless connection. In the past, people have had to hunt around for a wireless signal, but with mobile, the signal is everywhere. People all over Boston are falling in love with mobile broadband and the idea of taking wireless connect into the user's hands.
