Fear and mental uneasiness are characterized by a variety of non-life threatening physical symptoms. Such as alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, caffinated tea, energy drinks, marijuana, etc. These substances put you in a heightened state of awareness and can easily trigger a panic attack in people that have suffered from them before.
The best cures are too avoid the stimulants and major STRESS. It is also a good idea to take up yoga. Exercise such as walking is another great idea. Most sufferers it is a good idea to learn deep breathing exercises and learn how to meditate as this will lighten your mood. Calming sounds such as the ocean and Enigma can calm you down as well.
