The Mike Fish LITMUS TEST
Worldventures is a MLM company that was founded by veterans in the industry. It was one of the fastest growing MLMs in 2009.
The question your likely asking is: Is Worldventures the best home-based business opportunity for you? With hundreds of MLMs out there to choose from, it is important that you choose wisely. Your time is money and working any MLM takes time. As some of you know I put these MLMs my patented "Mike Fish LITMUS Test" and take a good look at some of the major aspects of each individual MLM. My review process asks the right questions and I do my best to provide objective guidance. The rest is up to you.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with my MLM LITMUS TEST here is a quick overview:
L stands for loss, the loss of members. How many members are leaving them and how fast?
I stands for income. What is the real income opportunity?
T stands for time; the amount of time you're going to have spend to find people to join you.
M stands for mentoring. Are you going to get solid, significant, and practical ongoing mentorship on how to successfully work this business?
U stands for "you." You must ask yourself; is this opportunity is right for me?
S stands for Selling. What exactly are you going to be selling?

Here's my Worldventures overview. It has the potential to be a money maker, but only with the right plan.
L: This is a rough area for this organization. They have an approximate 80% attrition rate within the first twelve months. From what I can tell this has a lot to do with how many reps are selling the deal to new prospects. Of course, the more aggressive the sales tactics, the more people are going to drop off down the road.
I: This is a highlight of Worldventures. There is a fairly decent compensation plan. In fact, for those who make it to the top levels of this organization there is a lot of money to be made! When I personally knew a guy who had been in WV for four months and was seeing about 15K a month at it! I want to stress this is not stereotypical results for this organization. There were many highly talented veterans to the MLM industry that jumped on board with WV and propelled it. The fact is 0.008 percent of people in this organization have seen a cent off it. That is a low percentage even for an MLM. Another thing to consider is even though they have a phenomenal compensation plan for top leaders in the company; only 8 out of 100,000 achieve top level status. There is a lot of money to be made in this organization if you can become one of those who make it to the top. In a nutshell, in my opinion, don't join this group without some experience in MLM marketing and a solid plan to build your business.
T: Compared to a lot of MLMs Worldventures is a fast sell. If you are doing group presentations on or off the web the time needed to work this business is minimal. Of course, this is only if you have a solid system to find qualified, interested people to join you. This is true with any MLM , but especially in this one. As any of you veterans know having a solid plan to get your opportunity in front of as many people as possible is the difference between success and failure with this type of business. Certainly many MLMs can still be marketing with traditional network marketing strategies, but this is not one of them. In my humble opinion this is one with a huge potential if it is sold online. There is a huge buzz online about this organization and as an expert internet marketer I see a lot of potential here.
M: I have to admit the mentoring and training that this organization has put together is top-notch. That being said it's going to cost you and you must show up the training events to really learn the business. Joining the organization is relatively cheap but expect to spend a thousand plus on further training in your first year if you really want to make money in this organization.
U: Worldventures is a travel company. Consider that before joining. If you are passionate about traveling, taking vacations, and are able to be excited about the travel industry in general this one may be for you. There are no products to physically handle and for most of us in the industry that's a plus.
S: As I discussed under U, the product is travel. Worldventures is all about cheap plane tickets, cruises, time shares, and a host of other travel and lodging options. This MLM is having some trouble with folks who bought in looking for easy money and aren't seeing a lot of value in the product. That is why their attrition rate is so high.
IN A NUTSHELL: There is a major income potential for those who make it to the top of this organization; however, this is would certainly be impossible without a very solid marketing plan. If you are looking for a fast paced MLM and willing to market this one online; I believe there is certainly potential in Worldventures. It could have a little stronger product, but the organization sells itself very well. There is little to no money for folks at the bottom of this one, but for those who are willing to use a good methodology to find new recruits there is huge money to be made at the top.
