Self Awareness Course 51 - Unconsciousness Equals Pain

If you think of that, all the times that we go unconscious or when we feel pain: Those times when we simply miss a turn off on the freeway, or get angry and say things we wish we haven't said. These are examples of going unconscious, in addition to just being knocked down over the head to say, more typically, it refers to times we really were not in control over our mind and emotions. This is what causes most of our pain.

Conversely, the more conscious we are, the more we're aware of what's going on, why it's going on? There's more sense of connectivity. With more consciousness comes more clarity, happiness and peace. Stepping back from your mind and observing what it is doing, what it is thinking, gives you greater perspective, objectivity and clarity.

I've been teaching for 30 years, thousands of people, I can guarantee you, the more conscious you are, the happier you are. That is one thing that's consistent for everyone. So, create that thought form in your mind that you're now intending to evolve your consciousness so you can start becoming more conscious everyday, and that begins by just being conscious of how conscious you are throughout the day. So ask yourself right now: how conscious am I? Just check in and observe your head as if you were watching a play, or TV show. Watch the play in your mind.
