We'reallweak from time to time! Even the most disciplined suffer from moments of weakness. But, it's how we learn from those moments that will determine our growth. Fear and greed are driving forces which are always at play when it comes to Intraday Trading. How fast and which direction the market is moving is simply determined by the amount of these 2 equally powerful emotions.

When it comes to trading, there are lots of opportunities to think that our actions lead to certain results. The only one I can think of for me is that early on in my trading career, I'd set my dream car of the week as the wallpaper on my PC. It was completely unrelated to trading, but somehow I found that about every time I'd do that, I'd go on a losing streak! I

During the same time, the bears (and underinvested bulls) have been fearful. With every uptick there comes a concern that the market may never look back. As a result, there has beensteady buying pressurewith underinvested bulls throwing cash at the market while the bears run to cover their shorts every time a pullback ends and things again turn green.

So how does this all tie in with the 2nd-Worst Feeling in Trading? Well, it's pretty simple. We're all in agreement that the worst feeling in trading is losing. Losing is no fun and downright painful! But when it comes to the 2nd worst feeling, I'd have to say it'smissing out.

yet it is so easy to break them. It's a solitary job, and the only person to prevent you from compounding your mistakes is the one you see in the mirror.So,be your own ally. Have a trading plan in placebeforeyou login to your account.Do your homework. Set hard stops as soon as your orders are filled, and let those safety nets keep your losses small (we all know how easy it is to blow a mental stop).

Noe i am feeling pretty selective right now with new entries. As of now I am jumping into trades as I see them emerge and booking profits on the way up in to various broken pieces. Hitting targets on sure shot commodity tips can definitely get you into the Hall of Fame! But when no trades really "jump" out at me from the charts, I'm sure not forcing any new entries.
