I have had tinnitus for 5 long years nowI have had tinnitus for 5 long years now. I have always felt it was due to stress and tension. On Monday while using my easy shaper exerciser my ears suddenly stopped ringing. Sadly the ringing returned a few hours later, but the silence for those few short hours was wonderful. Since the ringing stopped completely for that time, i am certain it's not permanent. Has anyone either doctor or patient had any success with a chiropractor?

This is one of the many sad tinnitus questions we got asked the other day, and I thought it could be good to answer it here so other tinnitus suffers could benefit from it. If you are suffering with tinnitus and have been searching online of some tinnitus remedies or treatment options that you can use to reduce that load noise in your ears, then there is a good chance that you have come across websites where questions like this are being asked.

I have been there before and I know exactly how you feel. In this article I will try to give an answer to this question, and also give some few recommendations that you can use to try treating or reducing your tinnitus. I will also provide links to websites where you can find advanced tips and tricks for curing tinnitus.

I've had tinnitus since I was a lad, so much to the point I wanted to blow my brains out as a teen. My saving grace was finding a large HEPA filter that makes a ton of white noise, and I'm able to get a good night's sleep.

I despise quiet rooms. The silence turns into ringing and roaring in no time. Some days it is better, some days it gets really worse. As you might already know, most people say tinnitus is permanent damage to your hearing; mine was from a childhood sickness. I know some vets that got theirs in the service, and some older musicians that are starting to exhibit it. I've been told and read that hearing damage is not repairable but I think it could be managed.

I'm wondering for you if it might be allergy related? I'm thinking the exercise got your sinuses cleared. Does it always go away when you exercise? Possibly an over the counter medicine might help. I hope so. I don't wish this on anybody.

I've been to doctors, chiropractors, tried herbal remedies and for me, nothing worked. The only thing they did was take my money. However I did found this great guide which somehow is working for me: It is this great natural tinnitus cure guide that helped me a lot when I was struggling so hard to cure my tinnitus, or at least reduce that maddening noise that came from my ears.

This guide is called the Tinnitus Miracle Guide. I have recommended this guide to a good number of friends, family members and loved ones who were suffering with tinnitus and most if not all of them significantly reduced or completely cured their tinnitus, just by using the recommendations in the guide.

The tinnitus miracle guide is a must try for any tinnitus sufferer who is fighting with this condition and would want to make use of natural methods to greatly reduce the noise and maybe completely stop it.
