So, let's be clear on being conscious and being unconscious. If you're conscious of how conscious you are, keep checking in and saying to yourself "How conscious am I now?" Youre putting yourself back into the state of alertness, you're pointing out of a mental activity that might have been very focused in a lower frequency, you might think of like fear, anger, guilt, or I'm not good enough, whatever.
When you shift your energy by saying, "How conscious am I?" you immediately begin to gain more perspective, objectivity and clarity. Just realize that wherever you are, just by sitting back and watching your mind and being the witness of what youre thinking, you're no longer as sucked into whatever drama or thought form is playing in your head. You can kind of sit back and watch it going, ask yourself "What's going on in my head?" And in just that contact shift, it kind of starts giving you some prospective again, giving you some insight. This is where you're going to get it. The answers lie within. You got to be able to deal with the situation more clearly and more effectively by being conscious in that moment. This is the power of the present moment.
