In my opinion, I think it's better to start with something smaller. If you start with a smaller construction:
1. It will be easier to tear down if you want something larger.
2. It's cheaper in the long run.
3. You would have learned from your mistakes from your first build, but you'll feel like a pro the second time around!
Visualize #3 - Your Garden of Eden: Everyone is looking for something different. Do you just need some herbs to accent your cooking or do you want to grow a full-blown salad bar?
