We just love seeing famous faces on their travels, even when it makes us envious.

Recently, there have been plenty of celebrities sampling some of the world's best luxury hotels. And who can blame them, after all- it's the perfect time of year for a luxury holiday.

First up, there were reports of British model Lisa Snowden holidaying in Barbados' Coral Reef Club. Imagine seeing her stepping out of the pool, I think if I were there I'd get a nasty dig in the ribs if my eyes even thought about glancing over. But after the exertions of those Marks and Spencer's adverts I guess she needed a break, and what better choice than a bit of Caribbean glamour?

Cotton Bay Village on beautiful St Lucia also played host to pretty pop singer Eliza Doolittle and the distinctive voice of Corinne Bailey Rae (I wonder if her harmonic tones rung out of the bathroom? Probably not.)

Also snapped in the Caribbean was that lovely chap Piers Morgan at Carlisle Bay in Antigua (nice choice mind) which also welcomed Holly Willoughby with her husband Dan Baldwin and their cute baby Harry.

British actor Orlando Bloom didn't choose his namesake resort, but plumped instead for the blissful Viceroy Anguilla, which scored top marks by Destinology staff last year and by our very own CEO from his trip earlier this month.

For an added splash of luxury, why not choose a trip to the sumptuous Pangkor Laut Resort & Estates? It's unlikely that you will bump into Sting and Trudie Styler here, but it's one of their favourite resorts and they are regularly are known to holiday here.

And I'll close with this one straight from the horse's mouth.

Following my trip to the One&Only Dubai earlier this year we were reliably informed by our host that the entire Chelsea football team were shortly due to arrive on the back of a visit from Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard. Impressive eh?
