subject: What Makes a Profitable Commercial Site [print this page]

Research on the council website and look for sites that are currently zoned Commercial or Business Uses'. It may also be wise to target run down residential homes that are directly (sharing a common boundary) next to current shopping malls, shops, service stations, retail shops, suburban shopping malls and supermarkets.

Sites need to have good road exposure. The busier the road the better! Corner sites that have exposure to two main roads are ideal. The more people that see, drive or walk past the site, the more appealing it will be.

Mark Rolton, the CEO of Massland, teaches people at his three day live Real Estate University, how to find great commercial site, how to take the site through to Development Approval with Council and how to on sell it to a Developer. A lucrative transaction that uses none of your own money! It is through using Property Options controlling instead of owning property. Trump and Kiyosaki have made millions using this technique, why shouldn't you?

A Massland Graduate found this deal. It was some old tennis courts sandwiches between a gymnasium and veterinary surgery. The graduate worked closely in a joint Venture with Massland and they successfully got a Development Approval for a Bulky Goods area just over 3000m2. This resulted in a substantial profit to Massland and the graduate.

To find out how to find these amazing commercial deals for yourself come to Real Estate University with Mark Rolton.
