Smoking contributes to snoring because it relatively makes the throat swell due to inhalation. Alcohol has relaxant contents that generally relax muscles and restricts the passage of much needed air through the pathways. As an alternative, it would be a good idea to purchase for yourself anti snoring pills and anti snoring sprays which greatly reduces the chances of snoring.

Lastly, it is important that you do regular exercises. The importance of this is that if you suffer from overweight then you are most likely to experience snoring more frequently. Being overweight not only contributes to bad health, but is also the reason why air has a harder time circulating inside the system which would inevitably lead to snoring.
