Bedminster police Lt. Patrick Ussery said Vance H. Coulthard, 56, of South Carolina was driving east on Pottersville Road around 10:07 a.m., near Lisk Hill Road, traveling toward Route 206, when Coulthard swerved the car to avoid nfl jersey hitting a deer.
