So, I started to experiment with interval training during Phase 3 of P90X. I'd run 1/4 mile for a warm-up, which took about (4) minutes. I'd then do anywhere from (10) to (15) cycles of flat-out, 60-second full-sprints, broken up by lazy, 60-second jogs in between. Finally, I'd finish with a 1/4 mile cool-down.
