Some students may start paying too much attention to sport trainings. Some of them forget about their study. Sometimes their sport achievements make them neglect their classes. As a result, their academic performance is very poor. Thus, you should remember that it is necessary to balance sport and study. Mind that you study to gain important knowledge and build your future. 2. Unfortunately, many young people are too much concerned with their sport achievements. They become obsessed with an idea to win and try to improve their performances with the help of different drugs (mainly, steroids and anabolics). However, do remember that such drugs may cause drug addiction, and then it may lead to heavy drugs abuse. Besides, they cause various grave health problems. It is also necessary to add that some dangerous kinds of sports may lead to dangerous injuries. 3. Sometimes students become really stressed because of some sport failures. Of course, this affects their study negatively. Thus, one frustration causes another and it is quite difficult to find the way out. Students lose their interest in study, and when they recover they need to catch up with their fellow students. Thus, it is essential to differentiate between your study and extracurricular activity. Nevertheless, you should go in for sports to become able to find the ways to overcome all difficulties in sports, in your study, and in your life.
