Hi, I'm Steven Sadler and there's just one thing I want you to remember, that if there was one creed or like little saying there was to repeat, and I'm reluctant to give you any such phrase or any kind of cultish clinging of words and phrases, but any time you're feeling anything other than happiness and peace it's only serving as a reminder to get in touch with yourself. When you're in touch with yourself you're happy, you are at peace.
Peace is your natural state. And it's only when we get caught up in some kind of mental programming, something triggers an emotional reflex that we go unconscious and then we become unhappy, we're disconnected. All you got to do is reconnect. All you got to do is remember that anytime you're feeling anything other than happiness and peace it is only serving as a reminder to get back in touch to yourself. So think about that.
Anytime you're in any other state than happiness and peace, just think you got to plug back in, I got to get back in touch with myself, and immediately you're going to gain perspective, you're going to get clarity, you're going to find more happiness and you're going to be at peace. Just try it, it works.
