subject: Enhancing The Human Brain [print this page] The civilized brain is the inspiration of the homo sapiens nervous system. It triggers all activities that we do not need to consciously worry about such as breathing, heartbeat and more. The brain also assists other activities that are known to be important as well such as thought, reasonsing and more. Throughout the earth's history, it has been concluded that the human brian is more avant-garde than any other living animals noted to man.
Human characteristics are also defined by the center of the brain. Personality, for example, is notably associated with the brain. So is creativity. There are many choices the brain lets us make such as defining smells, colors and even making decisions. Every other perceived activity of the civilized body the brain indeed does control.
No matter how powerful the civilized brain may seem, in time it will lose it's strength. As with any other organ, the civilized brain will eventually get weak and decay. One's lifestyles and all other external factors will take toll against the human brain. The older you get, you may notice that the humanistic brain will function slower. But, there are steps you can take to make your brain stronger the older you get. I'm going to give you some excellent tips that will help you do just that.
1. Live a healthy lifestyle.
The brain is an integral part of the civilized anatomy. It is probably the most valuable organ in the body; but of course, we all know that every other organ in the body works for the others to function properly. The humanistic brain will function diffrent depending on that person's lifestyle. People that choose to drink more alcohol, may not fully posses the powers of their brian. You wouldn't believe the damage alcohol and other substance will have on the brain. If you ask an alcoholic they may say, "It's crazy to think that alcohol has an affect on their brain, when they are not drinking." This is of course denial. People have been saying this since the early days but most people see right through this. The brain is a lifetime organ, so we must preserve and protect it.
2. Eating right matters.
You know good foods will equal brain happiness. The brain is the most active part of the body. Even when we feel tired, our brains are still working their tail off. You will notice the difference in your brian once you start eating right and cutting out the bad foods. What a lot of people end up doing, is concentrating on their outside looks than their inner looks. Even though we are working hard on the outsite and trying to make us look good, that's not saying that it is not hurting the inside. Iit is about time that we give the brain a break.
3. Engage in proper exercise.
When you exercise right, it is extremely good not only for the body, but for the brain as well. People have no idea how much of a well-balanced life the civilized brain needs.
4. Release stress once in a while.
Releasing stress is necessary to be able to clear the brain from all the difficulties and the clouds in one's life. One must take time to get into a relaxing mood and a good night sleep.
The brain is an element to be cherished. No individual will ever be able to live his life to the fullest if his brain is not functioning well. A brain that is cared for will result in a more active and fulfilling life.
