He is teaching them the fundamentals of affiliate marketing, and helping them to build their own team, so that they can learn how to teach other women to do the same.
These women have been mastering various forms of advertising. They learned how to effectively use article marketing, forum marketing, social networking, and video advertising. They have been learning how to create blogs, squidoo lenses, and so many other things that will help them in their marketing efforts for years to come. Each women is assigned a task and when they master that individual task, they teach the members of the group. Soon everyone will be able to do each other's task and they will learn to teach new members coming into the group.
So I was still asking myself what was so special about this group? How can being a group help to market affiliate products? I couldn't figure this out from visiting the website, so I contacted the administrator of the group. She promptly got back to me and answered that exact question for me. With all of this linking going on, and everyone leveraging off of each other's efforts, each individual site and product gets much more exposure and in turn, many more sales.

They are always on the lookout for new women who could benefit from what this group has to offer. They accept any woman into their group who is willing to learn and willing to put in the work necessary to get their assigned task completed.
Overall, as an online marketer, this group really intrigues me. The idea of leveraging from each other's marketing efforts is such a simple concept, but very effective if put into use correctly. With this team being led by their mentor, I believe that the A-List Ladies will be around for some time to come. If they hold true to their goal of "Women Helping Women," this group will be growing large and fast. It could really change the lives of those who choose to become a part of it.
