It will give you the support you will need for early changes that will happen to bring about success. If you skip coaching, this will always assure failure and regardless what your story is, Six Sigma didn't work for your company, because you didn't follow through with the steps in the process.

The Six Sigma coaches will help guide all levels of the company implementation processes. Learning is required as the first step in the process, and coaches are necessary as guides to better understanding these Six Sigma processes. After training, if a company discounts the help of the coaches, they are faced with the dilemma of the best way to make changes for true success. At this critical point it is easy to be mislead into thinking you understand the process, but this is soon replaced with confusion and problems.

Everyone's interpretation of the concepts may be different and therefore the implementation can be different in the minds of people at different levels. This can create for confusion and this type of confusion can get things rolling in the wrong direction. Just one glitch in the system can be enough to reduce the success of Six Sigma and can leave a company believing that this program just doesn't work.

Without coaches, just learning and trying to implement Six Sigma is a sure fire recipe for failure of the program. Coaches are there to make sure the process stays a smooth operation and help everyone stay on track. This not only simplifies the process but will get it ready for each step of the process throughout the company and make success the last step.

Six Sigma is no stranger to company success and can easily be the excellent management tool needed to transform your company into a multi-million dollar company, if implemented correctly. This always requires coaching from the very beginning and all levels being implemented correctly from the start. Following this pattern of success will produce the best results very early and will allow for faster than anticipated results. Using coaches as the checks and balance police in the Six Sigma program will guarantee your company success.
