The father of the platform is sales guru Andy Jenkins who is renowned for high quality sales products. He has also been known to have an under promise over deliver attitude to his products. His recent delivery of the Video Boss confirmed that he is still running with the same philosophy.
Students were amazed to see whole modules of work arrive that were not mentioned in any of the presales hype or pitch.
So he has good credentials.
The Kajabi release was tentatively announced during the Video Boss launch and was the platform used to deliver that product.
Since then the information about development progress has been sketchy. The Kajabi website proclaimed that the product would be out in summer of 2010. We are racing toward winter and still no Kajabi release.
The site details have been refreshed proclaiming imminent Kajabi release but this is the same hype seen on many IT products sites that never eventuate.
Given Jenkins adherence to quality perhaps his perfectionist attitude has created trouble for his other team members? Or maybe there are technical issues they cant overcome in this ambitious project. There is no point speculating.
Kajabi has been tested by supporting other releases so it must be close.
