The government should support structural engineering employment because the future of growing industrial nations depends on the hands of these engineers. They should provide them with scholarships, trainings and seminars to develop their knowledge and hone their skills and become competent in their field of work. They can be a great asset in one's country so they should not be taken for granted.

Giving them priority is what the government should do so that many will be encouraged to take up structural engineering course. Maybe scholarships, job fairs, bulletins should be able to stress the significance of this job and the opportunities they offer. The wealth of a nation should be measured in terms of the diversity and quality of their human resources.
