He was duped by masking software which is added to drives to trick you into thinking the drives are the correct memory, In this case his 1 GB drives where only 128 MB, ouch !
Well the day arrived and drives where delivered on time and they looked great! He personally delivered them to his client and looked forward to doing more business with this new client. A few hours later he received the dreaded call from a very upset customer, it seems the drives are only 128 MB not the 1 GB we ordered ? What the heck is going on here you had better get over to fix this right away! The factory had duped him by using a cheap masking software that is written on to the flash drive that will show 1 GB of available memory when the drives capacity is only 128 MB. It is actually a very clever tool as you can actually watch as your files are transferring to your drive successfully, but of course when you go back to use the files on the drive they are not there!
Noe we are willing to help him recover as much as possible and we are making new PCB boards for him. How does he feel very upset as he is out 35,00 dollars. Please remember we had bid on this job originally, Our price was .45 cents higher. Ouch!!
