In my opinion, the following five movies are the best films that have starred, featured or been directed by Ben Affleck.
One movie that certainly is one of my favorites of his is The Town. This movie focuses on the Charlestown, an area in Boston that is apparently notorious for crime and robberies. This movie also stars Jeremy Renner, John Hamm and features Chris Cooper.
Another movie that I would include on this list is Mallrats. Of the films that have starred Ben Affleck and have been directed by Kevin Smith, Mallrats is right near the top of the list for me. It is a silly film that pretty much all takes place in a mall, but Jason Lee is fantastic in this one.
Good Will Hunting is another movie that I would definitely have to say is one of Affleck's best. In this film, he plays Will Hunting's blue collared best friend. Will Hunting of course, is played by Matt Damon.
Another movie that I would definitely include on this list is Boiler Room. When it comes to films about the corrupt world of investment banking, this is one of the bet. This movie also stars Giovanni Ribisi and Vin Diesel.
Armageddon is the last movie that I will include on this list. Armageddon is one of the best action movies of the 1990s and has an all-star cast including Bruce Willis, Liv Tyler, Steve Buscemi, and Michael Clarke Duncan.
Hopefully there are some films on this list which you have not yet seen. Ben Affleck is a talented guy and will be around in Hollywood for years to come, whether its in front of the camera or behind it.
