Numis Network was created by J Kevorkian, C Kent, I Cordell and Mike Mezack, Mike sells graded coins on television and the other founders all have substantial experience in direct sales. This coin industry is worth over one hundred billion dollars worldwide, so for sure it's a great industry to be involved with.
Some of you may be wondering what a graded coin is. a graded coin is produced by a countries government (bullion coin) and is then tested by a 3rd party for its genuineness, it's value depends on several different things like purity and weight. It is then ultrasonically sealed into a container and then ready for sale to the millions of collectors on the planet. Anyone involved in this industry should do very well as the prices of gold and silver has risen dramatically over the last year or so. Let's face it the US dollar is becoming increasingly worthless ,so why not stock up on Graded Silver & Gold and have the peace of mind of knowing we hold something of real value.
When asked what their goals were in the company presentation video Mike Mezack replied 'to become the largest retailer in the world of certified and graded silver and gold modern issued coins'. If you wanted an American eagle coin then they have plenty of them in stock, I was not able to find any other coins though on their website :( As far as the compensation plan goes they operate a binary network compensation plan with a left & right leg which are paid down on unlimited levels. An interesting point to note is that they will pay you a commission when your distributors become TQ (training qualified)
According to Mike Mezack the company does provide training videos. I did check this out and found out that you actually have to pay extra for this training, network marketing companies usually offer free training so I did find this a little odd, as a new recruit I would be offended to have to pay extra to learn how to market their products. The complete newbie's to the mlm business model will need a lot more coaching than is provided by Numis. Basic tools are provided such as training videos on the graded coin industry, standard affiliate webpage and back office.
Anyone who has been in network marketing for any amount of time will know that just pitching a company replicated website which is exactly the same as every other distributors website is not really going to deliver any significant, if any, results. There is no training on the importance of offering value or promoting YOU, people join people not companies, lead generation training left a lot to be desired and someone new who just uses the conventional methods is unlikely to get the success they desire.
By the way I'm not a member of the Numis network. For anyone wanting to market in demand products where demand is likely to continue to increase then it provides a great business platform. You will however need to get some additional training if you want to make any money.
