subject: Your Negative Thoughts Can Affect Your Body [print this page] Everyone's body is differentEveryone's body is different. We have different colored skin, hair and eye color. Some of us are fat, some skinny. Some get fatter looking at a cake while some skinny people could eat the cake all in one sitting and not put on one pound. What makes us different? Our genes influence a lot of these factors. Our home life and upbringing influence others but ultimately it all comes down to our energy levels and whether they are in harmony or all blocked up.

Our home life and upbringing influence others but ultimately it all comes down to our energy levels and whether they are in harmony or all blocked up.
If the energy you do have is negative and feeding your illness rather than your soul, or you don't have sufficient energy, you need to seek help. You will shrivel up and die without energy. Your body is purely the hardware with the energy being the more important software.
Your meridians i.e. for a number of reasons those lines of energy in your body connecting your organs can become blocked. Some of the problems may have been caused by your upbringing. If your parents didn't complement you or worse ignored you or put you down all the time, you will have a hard time building up a positive energy flow. I said hard but notice not impossible. If we want them badly enough all things in life are possible.
Your body can be affected by your negative thoughts. They will deprive your mind of endorphins and cause you to get all stiff and tense and weaken your immune system, leading to a higher probability of injury. Positive thoughts relax you and help your brain to release natural painkillers to deal with any minor ailments you may have.
You have to assume 100% responsibility for your life to date and you also need to know what you want from this life. Sure, I am sure that there are thousands of other successful people who endured much worse than you even though you may have come from a less than idyllic childhood. We can change our future a lot, but our past we can't change. Helen Keller didn't let the disabilities of her body - was deaf and dumb - stop her from being extremely successful.
James Allen in his book As A Man Thinketh says "you are today where you thoughts have brought you. Your thoughts will take you where you will be tomorrow!"
You and only you have 100% control over those thoughts as you can control your energy and that in turn affects your conscious and subconscious mind. Your body is the vessel that contains all thoughts and energies to sustain life.
