People get stressed for many reasonsPeople get stressed for many reasons. Some people may get stressed over a sporting event, office deadline and others may get stressed over coworkers and relationships, the truth is everybody get stressed over these things. These stresses can have many different consequences, mostly negative.

A college student might fail his final exams just by being too stressed out, or he might be so anxious that his mind becomes completely blank so he has a hard time recalling the answers to the tests. Being stresses is a normal reaction to hard times, the body is basically telling you to "step it up". Every single person in the world has encountered stress in one way or another, you simply can't avoid it. Every single part of life causes stress like people, your job, sports and taking your children to school. The bad part about stress is that most of the people are resorting to anti anxiety medications to get instant relief.

The good news is there there is a healthier alternative to medication to relieve stress. In this article i will give you some tips that i use successfully use to keep a balanced and healthy mind. One of the most effective things that i do to relieve anxiety and stress is exercise. Exercise has been proven very effective to relieve all that tension and frustration that one holds inside.

Another thing you can do to relieve frustration is to simply relax, find a quiet place where you wont be bothered sit down and practice deep breathing. Deep breathing promotes more oxygen to your blood and brain, and that helps you to relax quickly. If you have tried everything you can and yet haven't managed to get rid of stress and anxiety then you might want to talk to your doctor about taking prescription medication.
