A family of eight eating in restaurants every night can be very expensive.
I already knew that Ibiza was the next destination for our family holiday, so I narrowed down my search to approximately 50 apartments to choose from. As soon as I spotted the one I wanted, I made the reservation. I did not have to pay online as the money would be given at the accommodation reception. I also decided to treat myself by booking a cleaner. She was going to come in and clean up which meant I could spend more time entertaining the kids.
The apartment that I rented for that holiday was a four bedroom apartment and it really did make a difference to the quality of our holiday. I did not have to set the alarm and get everyone up in case we missed the breakfast slot. Instead we woke up when we wanted to and had breakfast on the balcony.
