You will always want to use fresh content for your site and for the products you're selling. This is how you will beat the competition. You would be better off hiring a person to write your content so that it's unique than to try and save a few bucks using content that's already on someone else's site.
Don't spend all of your time planning-spend some of it doing! A lot of IM newbies will spend too much time dreaming about all of the money they could be making. They spend so much time doing this they don't ever actually accomplish anything. Do not be afraid to just jump in and try some of the things you've been daydreaming about. Nobody ever makes money just by dreaming. It's no secret that internet marketers make a lot of mistakes. It's also common that most IM marketers will fail because of those mistakes.
