Inappropriate walking:

A person with flat feet usually faces difficulty in walking straight. It might happen due to excess swelling at the bottom of the feet which persuade the affected to walk in line, resulting in uncomfortable walking with a possibly poor posture.

Lower back and hip pain:

Flat feel is the main reason for causing immense pain in back and hip which result to internal rotation during the time of feet pronate.

Arthritis- You must have heard about arthritis problems. Flat foot actually pushes the joints of the foot to move and work beyond their ordinary motion range. It will further result in an early deterioration and inflammation of the joints.

Planatar Fasciitis People with flat feet suffer from the problem of elongation, which further results in Planatar Fasciitis, a structure that resemble like a ligament on the heel bone which usually causes a heavy pain in the heels.

Tendonitis- It is an unnatural position that leads to an impaired movement of the otherwise smooth gliding part. A tendon is mainly a connective tissue responsible for connecting bones to the muscles of the body.
