Vitamins C and E are the most essential vitamins that you have to take, because these two are considered to be wonder vitamins that will be able to restore the damaged collagen's in the skin.

You have to keep your body moving. Exercise is a very essential activity especially when you are starting to age. This activity provides your body with the energy that it needs; and it also increase the blood flow around your body, prevent high blood pressure and also to improve your metabolism. Exercise is definitely good for the skin as it increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells.Drink more water and other fluid. Good hydration of the body could greatly help in keeping your skin younger looking. Our skin cells also need water as much as the other parts of the body.
