The decreasing sound in your favorite classical piece does not only reduce stress, it can reduce your risk for a stroke or heart attack as well. So, if I were you, I would turn down the volume of the radio right now.

Here's one interesting way to fight stress LOL. Yes, laughing out loud reduces the effects of stress in your life. Each time you laugh the circulation of your blood increases significantly causing your body to feel more relaxed. Laughing also sharpens your memory and gives you the same effect as when you are eating chocolate or having sex!

There's a time for laughing and there's also a time for crying. Just don't do them both at the same time or people might think you're losing it. Anyway, crying can also give you the calming and relaxing effect that laughing does because when you cry, your body gets rid of a significant amount of stress hormones. Holding back your tears will only result to a lot of health problems so don't hesitate to have a good cry if you need one.

There are actually numerous ways to fight stress in a fun and exciting way and these are just some of them. If you have the chance, you should try to think of other activities. And in the process of doing so, you will be fighting off stress as well.
