one half cup of evaporated milk

The procedure:

First, drain and mash the canned sweet potatoes together with the white sugar, brown sugar, and the 1/4 cup of butter. While beating the egg, add in the evaporated milk and orange juice. After which, lightly butter the crockpot and then add the sweet potato mixture into it.

Add together the flour, pecans, plus the remaining brown sugar and butter. This mixture will be distributed on top of the sweet potato mixture. Cover the crockpot and wait for around 3 and 1/2 hours to cook it. It is best to serve it hot.
