A Sitz bath may also help, where you sit in a few inches of warm water several times a day. This will supply relief to the area and also help you place pressure on the area and obtain some time to relax a little.

There are also natural herbs that may be used to assist with hemorrhoids. These herbs include Butcher's Broom, Horse Chestnut and Pilewort. Natural herbs can be used to help with things such as blood circulation and strengthening blood vessel walls.

Also, it must be noted that if your hemorrhoid issue is produced by constipation that you must change your diet. Make sure that you get enough fiber in your diet and this should be enough to make sure that your stools are easier to pass. If this alone does not help make sure that you are getting enough fluids and avoid foods that are processed.
