Salary should not be the reason for it; there are many students who are not getting hefty pay packages at the start. But at the same time we cannot generalize this phenomenon that simply because some students have not been able to crack the CAT or other competitive exams, they are not suitable for taking up MBA. There could be mitigating circumstances under which it might not have been possible for them.

The first question that most students ask is - what's the pay-package? Without bothering about the nature of the job.
