Brew your own beer like you've never imagined it before! You might already be familiar with this type of activity. If not, then you should be. Brewing your own beer makes you feel proud of yourself. Once you've tried this and you've perfected the proper way of home brewing, you might actually say that your beer tastes better than those high priced, top selling branded beers in the market.

Home brewing is an activity of brewing beer through fermentation. It is made as a hobby, or used for personal purposes. If you want to try home brewing beer sessions, then you might want to search for long-detailed and exact instructions on how to do it. Because if you don't want to waste time and money with all your efforts, you better listen to the expert home brewers out there; hence, you need to follow the procedure with extreme carefulness or else you'll end up with a not so good drinking beer. In home brewing, everything must be done with intense precaution. A single discrepancy will affect the taste of your product. Sanitation is so much important. You should sanitize every single tool that you will use.

First, you have to know your homebrew recipes. These ingredients are not so hard to find. In fact, they can be found in kits and you can buy them in the nearest market available. Sometimes these kits come with certain equipments for a certain price. Equipments that you will in turn use to brew your raw materials.

Here is a list of the most common ingredients needed to brew your beer at home:

- Water

- Malt extract (either liquid or dried)

- Hop pellets

- Some specialty grains (usually included in the kits)

- Yeasts (used for the fermentation process)

These are the basic ingredients needed to start brewing your dream beer. Before you carry on with your home brew instructions, let me just remind you to sanitize every equipment that you would use to perform this activity.

What equipments should you prepare? First, you're going to need a brewing pot. Of course, this is where almost all the brewing will take place. This is where you will heat the malt extract, boil the water and all together with the pellet hops. You'll need a container to contain the wort (pronounced as wert) or the non-fermented beer. You may want to use a bigger container for this since I suppose you want to brew beer with approximately 2.5 gallons at least. This is also where you will ferment your beer with the yeast. Bottles are the last containers needed for this brewing activity. This is where you will age the fermented beer and, of course, drink it after some time the product is done and ready.

Fermentation takes 7 to 10 days, approximately. After that, when you transfer the fermented beer on the bottles, it will stay there for another 7 to 10 days before you could actually taste the sweet success of your home brewing activity.
