I have these panic attacks that creates a tension in my chest. When this happens it is like I am being suffocated. I begin to perspire and shake to the point that I feel that I am going to collapse.
I want to have friends but I feel that I am not worthy enough. I fear people not liking me and that they might reject me. I am very shy around people and public places but I don't want to feel alone in this world. I would love to have lots of friends but I find it so difficult to make long lasting and meaningful relationships.
A day never goes by that I do not feel that I am not worried about something or another. I have got so much to do and time always seems to be running out. Some days I just cannot cope and just want to crawl up in bed and go to sleep and forget everything.
