Eating too much of food gives you excess calories in your body and it gets converted to body fat. So you should eat only when you are hungry.

Instead of eating three heavy meals in a day, you should start to eat 5 to 6 small meals in a day. This will definitely help you to increase your metabolism.

You should include fish in your meal. Fish consists of Omega 3 which is good for the skin and will also help you to get rid of the saggy skin that causes you to have double chin.

You should start exercising. To lose fats from the various parts of body especially your chin, you should exercise at least three times a week. You can start brisk walking or jogging. There are various lose double chin exercises which will help you to lose those extra fat accumulated around your neck.

Neck exercises are effective and great way to not only get rid of double chin fat but it also stretches your muscle and skin. You can also try to do some of these lose double chin exercises while watching television at home or sitting in your office. One way to exercise is to incline your head towards your back while sitting then opening and then closing your mouth to stretch the muscle of your face.
