subject: What Is The Body? [print this page]

Your body is just an innate objectYour body is just an innate object. Don't believe me? Just look at any corpse. What differentiates a living body from a dead one is energy. Dead things do not have any energy so they cannot function. They cannot laugh, cry, have sex, go to work or do any of the other things we take for granted every day. Your body is the container that keeps all your 'working machinery' together.Everyone's body is different. We have different colored skin, hair and eye color. Some of us are fat, some skinny. Some get fatter looking at a cake while some skinny people could eat the cake all in one sitting and not put on one pound. What makes us different? Our genes influence a lot of these factors. Our home life and upbringing influence others but ultimately it all comes down to our energy levels and whether they are in harmony or all blocked up.If you don't have sufficient energy or the energy you do have is negative and feeding your illness rather than your soul, you need to seek help. Without energy you will shrivel up and die. Your body is purely the hardware with the energy being the more important software.Your meridians i.e. those lines of energy in your body connecting your organs can become blocked for a number of reasons. Your upbringing may have caused some of the problem. If your parents didn't complement you or worse ignored you or put you down all the time, you will have a hard time building up a positive energy flow. I said hard but notice not impossible. All things in life are possible if we want them badly enough.Your negative thoughts can affect your body. They will deprive your mind of endorphins and cause you to get all stiff and tense and weaken your immune system, leading to a higher probability of injury. Positive thoughts relax you and help your brain to release natural painkillers to deal with any minor ailments you may have. You need to know what you want from this life and you have to assume 100% responsibility for your life to date. Sure, I am sure that there are thousands of other successful people who endured much worse than you even though you may have come from a less than idyllic childhood. We can change our future a lot, but our past we can't change. Helen Keller who was deaf and dumb didn't let the disabilities of her body stop her from being extremely successful.James Allen in his book As A Man Thinketh says "you are today where you thoughts have brought you. You will be tomorrow where you thoughts take you!"You and only you have 100% control over those thoughts as you can control your energy and that in turn affects your conscious and subconscious mind. Your body is the vessel that contains all thoughts and energies to sustain life.
