Wear cotton undergarments always. Synthetic innerwear should be avoided. Immediately change your swimsuit when it gets wet. Avoid feminine sprays, scented toilet paper and deodorant tampons.

There are many reasons which may alleviate the risk of yeast infection. It may be due to stress or due to lack of sleep. Pregnancy or illness may be the other factors. Eating too much of sugary food can also lead to yeast infection. Yeast infection will be more common in women taking in steroids or birth control pills.
