Take care of your Hair

With the growing age external manifestation of ageing signs appears with almost everybody. It is most natural thing and cannot stop from happening.

However at times at younger age or middle age also some people suffer with the problem of hair loss, and pattern baldness become visible in them. Some consider even the hair becoming gray also as a problem.

There are different natural ways to care of this problem. The very easy and simple way of doing it is application of oil, coconut oil to your hairs everyday- which most of the Indians do. After application allow it to remain on your head at least for half an hour. After applying oil, massage your head gently, so that the oil will get well applied everywhere and absorbed till hair roots. This has to be done before wash, or alternatively at night before sleep, so that it remain on your head for quite longer time.

Coconut oil is mixed with various herbs to improve its hair nourishing values- like lemon, henna, olive, Alma, leaves of Brahmin and many Indian herbs. Such concentrated ayurvedic hair oil is more useful in thickening the hair and making it long and colorful.

Another simple habit which can help prevent this is eating balanced diet everyday. We should be conscious about intake of food- it should consists of fruits, vegetable, sprouts, supplying all essential vitamins, minerals, calcium to the body. Particularly diet rich in calcium, irons and silica can be more useful in preventing hair loss. Further Vitamin A can cure hair loss and thinking of hair. Vitamin E is considered instrumental in maintains essential blood circulation within the scalp, and can be easily found in various beans. Deficiency of zinc in body needs special attention in resolving hair problems.

If the hair fall is mainly due to personal problems of stress and strain, yoga can be of great help. Particularly meditation can help reduce tension, fear, anxiety, and stress and strain. Some yoga postures, like shoulder stand and head stand, can ensure essential supply of blood to the head and hair cells, which rejuvenates hairs. Headstand posture helps to increase the flow of blood to the scalp. However, it should be done only after consulting doctor, especially by those who suffer from some physical problems like blood pressure or heart problem etc. Further while maintaining the posture of headstand, do it only for that much time, which you can tolerate physically without any tension, and problem. Never overdo it, or it will create another problem.
